Fast-growing business advisory group DJH has acquired three Haines Watts offices in Liverpool, Wirral and Chester city, further strengthening its North West presence. The sites will rebrand as DJH immediately, joining the firm’s existing offices in Altrincham, Bury, Chester, Manchester and Nantwich.
Backed by private equity investor Tenzing, DJH says the deal will help lift its turnover to £61.5m, with regional revenues exceeding £24m after a series of acquisitions aimed at accelerating growth. The group has now completed 16 acquisitions in four years and employs 750 people.

DJH, headquartered in Stoke-on-Trent, now operates 16 offices across the UK and Ireland.
