Sellick Partnership has officially relocated its Manchester headquarters to the historic The Tootal Buildings, marking a major milestone in the company’s continued growth and evolution.
After almost 20 years at Queen’s Court, the recruitment specialist has outgrown its former base as the Manchester office has expanded significantly in response to sustained client demand and ongoing investment in people and infrastructure. The new city-centre headquarters is now home to more than 60 employees, spanning multiple specialist divisions.
The move represents a fresh chapter for Sellick Partnership, transitioning into a larger, modern workspace designed to support the business’s long-term ambitions. Recently redeveloped, The Tootal Buildings is a landmark destination that combines heritage character with state-of-the-art facilities, flexible collaboration spaces, and a vibrant professional community.
Relocating to Oxford Street places Sellick Partnership alongside a network of other high-profile corporate organisations, creating new opportunities for collaboration, networking, and partnership-building. The increased space will also allow more teams to be brought together under one roof, strengthening cross-division communication and reinforcing a unified company culture.
Hannah Cottam, CEO of Sellick Partnership, said:
“Queen’s Court has played a defining role in our story, but we have quite simply outgrown it – both in space and in what we want for the future of our people.
Moving to The Tootal Buildings reflects who we are today: a modern, ambitious and collaborative organisation with big plans for the years ahead. This move means bringing even more of our people on the journey, aligning more of our teams under one roof and creating an environment that encourages collaboration at every level.
Being surrounded by other forward-thinking corporate businesses will only strengthen our momentum, and I’m incredibly excited to see our teams thrive in a space that truly matches our energy and potential.”
With regular events, networking opportunities, and a dynamic business ecosystem right on its doorstep, the new headquarters offers an inspiring environment for employees, clients, and visitors alike.
The relocation reinforces Sellick Partnership’s commitment to investing in its people, enhancing its working environment, and creating a space that supports collaboration, innovation, and continued growth. The business is set to officially move into The Tootal Buildings later this year.
